◑ Characteristics
PC-controlled VoIP gateway is a gateway which plays the role of a PC device. We have two kinds of the gateway, PCI and USB, and they are appropriate for the CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) solutions such as CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system, CIS(Customer Information System), etc.. In this case, there is no need for the separate gatekeeper server because the PC plays the proxy server.

◑ Information
- The gateway applied to our products. They are p2p Internet Phone, EverFree, Multiple Phone, Unicall, and CRM system Unicall/CRM.
- For the customer's request, we are providing the gateway with API under the separate contract.
- We would offer a solution that you can use the normal phone call and internet phone call together by installing the super gateway into the PC and connecting the normal phone to the gateway.
